The 2015 Extra-Brut Millésime is 80% Chardonnay and 20% Meunier. Citrus, floral and light tropical accents all grace this understated, mid-weight Champagne. I would prefer to drink the 2015 over the next handful of years given its mid-weight structure. Dosage is 3 grams per liter. Disgorged: April, 2020.
